Landcom has implemented the Priority Number System for Hillcroft Release 24 on sale from 10am, Saturday 29 March 2025.
The process for issuing Priority Numbers is as follows:
1. The first Priority Number will be issued to the first person who attends at the Hillcroft Sales Centre and so on down the queue.
2. A “Priority Numbers and Names list” will be placed on the door of the Hillcroft Sales Centre listing the names of prospective purchasers and their nominated lots in Priority Number order.
3. To obtain a Priority Number, you must nominate the lot you wish to purchase and provide photo identification. Each person may only nominate one lot and will only receive one Priority Number. Each lot can only be nominated once. Once all available lots have been nominated, the remaining Priority Numbers will still be issued to those attending the Sales Centre, but with no lot number nominated.
4. If you wish to change your nominated lot prior to the Release Date, you will need to forfeit your original Priority Number, and receive the next available Priority Number. The lot you originally nominated will then not be available for nomination or reservation until the Release Date.
5. Once you receive a Priority Number, your interest is restricted to purchasing one lot. You will not be able to change names or transfer your interest in the lot to someone else prior to settlement.
6. If you obtain a Priority Number, you will have to be present at the Hillcroft Sales Centre on Saturday 29 March 2025 to reserve your nominated Lot.
7. If you are unable to attend the Hillcroft Sales Centre to receive a Priority Number, another person may obtain the Priority Number on your behalf if they provide a signed “Authority To Obtain a Priority Number” form.
8. To be issued with a Priority Number you cannot have a current unsettled land purchase (reservation or exchanged contract pending settlement) with Landcom during the time of the Hillcroft land release.
New Land Release on sale from 10am, Saturday 29 March 2025
We're excited to share that new land lots will be available for sale. These include lots located in Stages 5 & 11. As you have joined the Hlillcroft database, you'll have the first opportunity to secure a lot from 10am, Saturday 29 March from the Hillcroft Sales Centre.
All lots in Stage 11 are registered allowing you to settle before 30 June 2025.
Stage 5 lots 5002, 5009, 5010, 5015, 5024, 5028, 5049 and 5055, are subject to registration of the subdivison plan, which is expected to be completed by 31 May 2025.
