The project

At Macarthur Heights, Landcom has partnered with Western Sydney University to create a new, vibrant urban community for southwest Sydney, offering residents a lifestyle close to education, employment and recreation opportunities.

Featuring 966 lots of varying sizes and at a range of price-points, Macarthur Heights has provided an opportunity for households of all sizes and incomes to build their own home, with sales concluding in 2022.

Surrounded by 42 hectares of beautiful green parklands offering spectacular views of Campbelltown, Macquarie Heights provides residents with sought-after access to a range of green spaces.

With links to Macarthur Station, Macarthur Square, the Western Sydney University campus, Campbelltown TAFE and The Australian Botanic Gardens, as well as easy access to the M5 Motorway and Hume Highway, Macarthur Heights is a highly connected community.

The project is a strong example of Landcom’s commitment to partnering with private landowners to boost the supply of new housing and create great places to live.
