Work on Greater Sydney’s newest suburb has begun with the first sod turned at Landcom’s North Wilton development, paving the way for more than 5,000 new homes over the next 25 years.
Landcom CEO Alex Wendler said the development be one of Greater Sydney’s most affordable developments.
“Work on stage one of the project will deliver around 200 dwellings, with the average price of the first lots sold at $600,000,” Mr Wendler said.
